Join a club, most provide insurance with the membership, there is a company ive used, forgotten name, when I rallied abroad but they tend to be expensive for general use.

I would shop around, I pay £10 a year for club membership and that includes £10,000,000 cover with
NFU mutual.
I know you get a reasonable magazine, I was a member many years ago, but SEM is much better.

I got mine through an ad in SE magazine, £1.50/yr £10 million cover NFU
(self addressed postage cost more!)

Join the North west stationary engine association. £15.00 for the first year dropping to £10.00 thereafter. Includes insurance and very good monthly meetings held near Leyland.
