Hello and welcome!
I'm sure someone will be along shortly to identify your engine. Is it restorable? How much of a challenge do you like?

Petter diesel engine probably type PAZ1. Would be a fairly challenging restoration, at a minimum your going to need a fuel pump, air ducting and probably injector overhaul (and I'm assuming its not siezed). If it were mine I'd rescue any re-usable parts and give the rest a one way trip to China
