matt best laid plans and all that mate
p.s when you get your petter a1 speeded up you may find it will try and rotate around on concrete mate ,i used to stick mine to a curb if no grass available at time of running ,but my trolley was small ,but heard others say the same with them "just a just in case warming mate
couse they have a big old compression for a little one affraid
kev

Right lads after a few weeks doing other things and not getting too far with them always something in the way !Mad  I decided to do a bit more to the fairbanks , as the paint has hardened off on the block nicely and is sat in the shed in the corner i made another start on the flywheels , cleaned up one flywheel with the wire brush and various power tools , done one and will do the other one tommorow after work

this project was put on hold for a while due to other things on going but i decided to pull my finger out and get it done . so other weekend took me all afternoon and cleaned all the paint off and surface rust . has been primed 2 coats of red oxide then 2 of a high build undercoat rubing down inbetween coats . Today put the 3rd topcoat on will leave for a few days to go hard and decide if needs another coat .
