does anyone know a good way of removing stains and dulness of float bowls, i really want to bring the shine back out in it cheers

Seriously, I swear by these things - cover them in oil, and get polishing...

Those seem a bit pricey though - if I remember correctly they're cheaper from MacSalvors at Camborne :-)

Ryan get your self a cheap bench grinder swap one of the grinding wheels for a brass wire whell only £10..00

Try Brasso its abrasive but not hard on the surface, might do the job.

Mix a bit of Ferterlizer up with water make into a paste, wicked .
Make sure you have some rubber gloves on if you have a cut on your hand it kills you Laughing

I use Fine Wire Wool dipped in Brasso, Works a treat mate.

once you get the bowl upto a shine your happy with, spray on some high quality lacquer to keep the finish you desire.
