Villiers V type carburettor disassembly
I can get my carby stripped down part way but I am not sure how to remove the choke tube and centrepiece. The fuel bowl has some monor rust - is there any way to fix that?

if you look at the airfilter inlet hole to carb theres a small brass slotted jet in the bottom ,unscrew it out, screw the butterfly /air flap off the throtttlebluedog wrote:I can get my carby stripped down part way but I am not sure how to remove the choke tube and centrepiece. shaft then slide it out the carb its a pain to get the choke tube and the brass shaft with the bowl threads on wiggle wiggle
watch wich way it all comes out so as to get it back in correctly ,or it may get stuck big time on the rebuild.
