Mike can you not put an insert in then you don't have to make the hole any bigger, or plastic metal then tap that the same size, might be enough just to tighten the threads up.

you will have to what the space like his lordship said....
after all im only a humble peasant....
if i told you whats going on i mite get shot with both barrels....
as for the wolseley engine,i was wondering if i could get a large tap and cut the threads back in???
if not it will have to be an insert or liquid metal.....
