Godwin OHO water pump

For sale - Godwin OHO water pump




I bought this by accident years ago. It was on the floor beside some tractor parts I was buying and the seller saw the glint in my eye!

I don't know much about it but it looks to be complete apart from the inlet/outlet connectors. I'm guessing that the silver paint is not original. It is fitted with a large double belt pulley and an adjustable platform where, I presume, an engine was fitted. The platform looks like it can easily be removed if not required.

I have not spent any time on it so it is as I bought it, complete with grime. A gentle waggle of the large pulley wheel suggests that the pistons or piston seals are stuck but I have not made any attempt to unstick them or applied any force to the pulley.

I'm looking for £40, collection from near Stroud, Gloucs.

Just to add that anyone buying this pump can have the dismantled one I've listed here (https://ukengineforum.forumotion.com/t11714-dismantled-godwin-oho-pump) for free, assuming it's still available. You could use it for spares or build it up into a second pump unit.
