Villiers Mk 25 Four Stroke Wanted

Hi I am looking for a Villiers Mk 25 four stroke engine to go on a Mayfield tractor.
The mounting holes in the Mayfield frame are spaced 10 1/4 " by 5 1/2 ".

I've got a MK25 here has had little use from new starts and like it should it's all good was on a standby compressor mounting holes as you need and a1" crank but I would need £50=00 It's in Newtown Powys I don't know how to send pic's but 07523023431 will get me
