Hello and welcome!
Looking at that list it seems the only thing you haven't changed is the spark plug, they can show a spark when tested outside the engine but fail under compression.

Presume you are getting a spark ? If not, check for short circuit on both LT and HT windings.
Can you check condenser - even if 'new' they are sometimes faulty.
Is it a brand new coil ? What is the resistance of HT windings.
Is the HT lead plain stranded copper - no resistor?
Try holding the HT lead about 1/4" from body whilst cranking with no plug in - nice fat blue spark? Then replace plug and try again holding lead 1/4" from plug terminal. As Matt says, sometimes you get a spark in free air but not under compression.

Re: villiers wx11
Sounds like a task of checking off what you have got. .
Ignition sounds like ignition is sorted. (Is it timed up ok?)
As is compression.
What is the crankcase compression like? Are the crankcase seals ok and is fuel transferring, is the plug getting wet?

Re: villiers wx11
I don't know if it's relevant, but I was advised to use 'vintage' 2-stroke oil in my Tarpen engine as it helps seal the crankshaft bushes.
