Re: Petter W1H refurb (1950)
I'd be scared to touch it in case I got fingerprints on it!
Lovely job!

US Tractors has some nice stock in at the moment....
I would have liked the Nelson to go with my open crank one, but I've become a homeowner again...

Steve, they have some nice stuff there, had to go there to collect an engine for a friend, one of them local to me, but mostly water cooled , you never know one might change.

It was always going to happen. I didn't like what my engine was sitting on but I very quickly sold them at asking price locally and the new trolley is in progress.
Out of interest the W1H weighs 104kg
Trolley is now a familiar design having made five similar already

So while these are still cheap as chips I bought enough for future
Trolley adds 16kg to gross weight
Much better
These kettle BBQ covers are great for protection

Re: Petter W1H refurb (1950)
I have no means of verifying the authenticity of this but the instructions do certainly fit with this engine. A Facebook group member posted this picture asking of availability so I enquired with Titch of Machinery decals and he does indeed have it on file but at dimensions too large to place it anywhere on the W1H. He can however scale it to any request.
At my chosen dimensions its £7 delivered for 2
Whether its appropriate to my 1950 engine I do not know but neither would any onlooker. I think it would look ok on the tank facing the starting position and he's making/posted me some at 65mm high and he says this will be 103mm wide.
