Were United engines sold in the UK? Empty Were United engines sold in the UK?

I'm told that Associated engines were sold as Amanco in the UK. Were United engines also sold as Amanco? They look the same.

Engine dating tables for Associated and United are placed together. I don't know why but then I hear that Associated is Amanco in the UK.
