How on earth do you remove the grinding plates - I have removed the cover and the small 'plug' at the end of the shaft and come to a 'grinding' halt - is the end plate on a taper on the shaft - it appears that it should just pull off, but no amount of heavy engineering will shift it - any ideas would be welcome -
