List of Petter datting

Hi All,

I said in a post here that i was thinking of puting together a list of birth dates for our Petter engines.

Over the winter i am prepaired to start a list here for all to see.

If anyone wishes to be include there engine in the list please feel free to pm me your engine details. At the moment i only want to concentrate on Petter A , and Petter A1, I would probably try and include other Petter engines as time goes on.

Below is what i would like to include;

Seriel No .......
Type ............
Known history .....
Date of birth if known .......
Owner name .........

The owners name would not be published on here so please dont think i would leave you open to the Other half finding out about your treasure trough

This would help to date engine s for the new commer and help other people who are shy to ask. If anyone wishes to have any other item mentioned please feel free to tell me and i will try and sort it out.

Depending on the response i get from here will depend on wether i go ahead and do it.

I dont want personel details open to the big bad world.

So come on guys and gals send your details and i will get a list started, if youve scrapped an engine also let me know and that can be entered as well.

I will have a look at this idea at the end of November so people have a chance to think about it, also i know the schools are on holiday so people will be away.

Ive had no response about making a list up either im the only one on here with a petter or everyone is to shy to come forward.

Sorry Paul my understanding was that you wern't starting this till the end of November. I was waiting for the say-so before sending, so is it looking to be a non starter now.

Dont be sorry stu, ive just read what i posted and i understand where youre coming from, i will put it a little bit more clear now.

Could anyone who would like to see a list of the above engines please pm me details before the end of November then i can start putting a list together.

Thanks for clearing it up I'll send you the details of my Petter A and A1 not 100% sure of the dates but don't think I'm far off.

Got your PM yesterday thanks very much for that your now on the list. I will get the list up and running and see if i can add pictures latter. It would be good to get pictures on there i think.

I will take any Petter dates etc but i will only be concentrating on the A + A1 to start with. I will maybe expand the listings later on. So feel free to send any dating and history.
