my Petter A1 Clue?

I know how to go about getting info but because its a later model I have to wait for interal fire museum to finish the labourious task of scanning over 300 microfilms of petters archives 
But I did notice tonight that the flywheel has NOV63 cast into it, it does sound about right but is this a clue or not?

lol i thought it may be quite conclusive,
anyone eles have an A1 with cast mark on fly wheel that coinsides with other info found to tie the 2 up?
