but thats just my best guess from the carb design fuel tank style

Agree the carb looks like the one on my Stuart and the tanks identical to the one i nearly got of Dave Schofield which was a Stuart one

I agree. It looks like a Stuart 1/2 hp horizontal, which were built between 1920 and 1926
