been a busy bee all day ...
Right ive decided to strap the WD2 with the H2 pump so gathered together all the steel that i need and got the welder and grinder out .
this is what ive done the length is 4 foot long and around 3 foot wide . Its steerable too , and the pump is on a sub frame set up , just got to get some threaded bar and make the tensioner / adjuster , and make the handle now ..... been through sh**t loads of cutting discs though
here is a few pictures of my work ... oh i found out a new set of drill bits was the best idea otherwise the holes would of taken really long to drill through some of the plate is 3/8 thick
What do you guys think so far ... ? i know today has been a long day for me cutting and welding

Looking good! I love WD's had one for about 6 years was lovely.
I think the base would look grand black, but then again, I think WD2+8's should be green and WD1's grey , though your's looks grand in grey with the red bits.
Cheers Steve

Re: been a busy bee all day ...
Matt I've painted my new trolley black and I think it looks smart and doesn't distract anyone looking at the engine. Thinking about putting some green coach lines on the wheels tho

Re: been a busy bee all day ...
Mike when I get round to finishing it my WD is going to be painted burgundy but I need gold transfers but the guy on fleabay that has them has blocked me buying from him sells shit then blocks you when you complain. He used to advertise on here all the villiers parts. I only got 2 tank toggles and 1 was damaged what a job I had to get an exchange., the guy was a money grabber. I think he trades as SAFG something like that.

That's him Mike, I know someone got a trolley from him and the paint was still wet when it arrived He makes the stuff up himself, strips good engines to make profit, yes I know spares have to come from somewhere but I don't like people that do it for a living.
Thanks for the offer for getting the transfers but I can get them using the wifes account
