Does anyone have any info on Importing a Engine from another country?

been looking at the idea for a while just dont know where to start.

Wasnt he off? John Deley used to import he used to live in Godolphin Cross, he knows my Grandfather they were out Culdrose at the sametime. but i would know how to go about. etc
