I tried zooming in on the image I had then smooth it out using a photo editor, but it could only change pixels not smooth the edges.

Another forum I'm on has lots of clever folks so I asked on there and one chap did it in a few formats including a "vector file" which apparently can be printed in any size with no loss of detail.

I sent the files to Titch Sanders and he produced some nice decals for me Thumbs Up
