Despite thinking about getting rid of some projects myself, when this popped up on ebay local to me I couldn't resist Rolling Eyes

The seller threw in the remains of another one for spares:

The plate on the crankcase has a serial number starting '521E', but I can't find any reference to that as a Villiers model. I believe it is one of the lightweight range?

As a check, once you get the head off measure the bore.

512H, 58mm (125cc)  
515H, 63mm (150cc)

Have you checked for a spark?  Complete setup on ebay at the moment.
