Engines galore!
Hi folks, 45 years ago I was given a very rusty 1.5HP Petter which I fully refurbished, some time later I gave it to my uncle who had other engines that he used to display. Fast forward to today, my uncle sadly died recently leaving me to sort out his affairs....... well, he had 2 garages which were up to the roof with timber and all sorts of "stuff" he had collected over the years. Three twin axle trailor with greedy boards later and the good stuff was revealed.
There are around 10 engines, some complete and in one piece, some in bits, this is why I have signed up here, I need to clear the garages, I have no room for the engines I will be offering them up for sale elsewhere on the forum. I understand that I cannot post pictures so, being no expert on engine ID, I will describe what I can about what is there.

Hello and welcome!
Sounds a bit like my Uncle, he fortunately only left me one garage full of rammel... no engines though!

Hi Rog and a warm welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your uncle.
Surely you could hang on to at least one engine for some tinker time!

Re: Engines galore!
If only, I have a major project on at the moment that takes up all my time and space... though I really find it hard to resist the Coventry climax...No, they all have to go, any sensible offers will be considered. At the end of the day I have to be out of the garages soon and the engines will get weighed in with all the old car parts if no one takes themSurely you could hang on to at least one engine for some tinker time!

Where in the world are you Rog.
Perhaps one of us is near enough to pop round and advise you ?
