delaminating flat belt Empty delaminating flat belt

Post by Locknut Mon Jun 24 2019, 09:28

Hi Guys,
I use a Lister D to drive a Corbetts corn mill via a flat belt about once a week to produce flour for home use.The flat belt is now starting to delaminate in parts - is there anything I can use to fix this? Is there, for example, a special 'glue' for this?
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Kev,

Kev,

I wouldn't bother trying to repair, you will end up chasing your tail as the rest comes apart over time, just buy a new one.

I've used Evo Stick in the past with no problems.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your helpful replies.
I will look for a replacement belt at the upcoming rallies but in the meantime as I have a pot of evo stick in the shed I will try that and see how that goes.
All the best,
Kev.
