Think I'm going to have a break from it and make a start on the Blackstone.

Hi Tony, I've just got around to reading the last few days updates - please please keep at it - its a great read for a newbie to the restoration scene - and I am sure the other quiet 'readers' on this site will appreciate it! - good luck!

Best

Not sure how much to do on the Blackstone, it is partly stripped and is devoid of paint from crank case upwards. Will take photos when I start. Just making some parts for the Marshall at Thwaites at the moment.

Probably, going to lift the barrel and have a look at the piston, it spins free enough but the tappets are stuck.
