good news is theres no bad bits in the bore or piston
"bad news " numb nutts forget to check piston rings and grooves
conserned part now big end is worn on the pizz ???? but equally left to right,
just all over to the right hand side !!!
me thinking it becuse ignitor on the left and many years of explosion starting on the left, corsing it to were over to the right ??????????????
i only have one check valve lol lol
also if i fill my tank above 3/4s it leaks
internally only though
i think it all could of bein worse thought up to now

Re: amanco opencrank 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 hp petrol paraffin help please
Kev you only need one of the ball valves in the fuel line and it needs turning up so the nuts at the top
The ball will not shut the fuel off like it is.
They should be on the tank end.

Hi Kev, Make it your self not difficult. I use Klingersil gasket material....I cannot remember the thickness. You will get it on Ebay..go for the thickest.....1.5mm rings a bell.
