help needed for jap engine Empty help needed for jap engine

i have a jap it has some sort of flexi drive fitted to the crank cant get it off seems to be spring loaded can any body help Smile Smile to add the flexi drive is a rubber pipe approx 4feet long with what looks like a angle grinder sort of effort dont know if its original or something somebody has made up for a purpose any help would be great cheers lads

plenty of WD40 or diesel and oil mix on it and let it soak in
and dont go
bull in a china shop on it
as parts propable not available nower days for it
it maybe a "TARPEN SET" WAS POPULAR ON VILLIERS/JAP LIGHTWEIGHT ENGINES
