I have a Bentall Model OKB mill Abes and the paint colour underneath it is a pale blue similar to 'Ransomes Blue' but I am not 100% certain that it is original, though it does appear to be.

Abes that is the problem mate .... you cant ! you have to use a drill with a wire brush on the end ... but be sure to wear goggles and gloves and a long sleeved shirt you will get wires shot at you !

and wear tight cloths if it get a bit in a bristle you will soon be looking like a chipendale but also with burn marks
and yes the wire does as matt says you can feel like a hedgehog if it throws a bunch off at you
once i was pulling wires out of my feet for days as did it in trainers
NOT A GOOD IDEA wont do that again in a hurry lol! Embarassed
