Depends on what drills you are looking at, whether you are drilling with a hand drill or a pillar drill and what job you are performing. I have seen many cheap drill bits that are badly forged so that the shafts are bent by 0.4mm so you have no chance of drilling accurate holes.
If you want really expensive drills go for TiAIN coated solid carbide drills. Great for hard cast iron but you are looking at over £76 + VAT for one 12.5mm drill bit.
