what would be a fare price for a bamford eg, the engine is in running order. i have been offered one and i would be interested in what you think they are worth.

if its something like a ev, probely looking about £100 - £200 in good condtion , thats what id pay, if your on about an open crank, your talking alot more Very Happy

its a tasty engine, at auctions people tend to get carried away and pay lots for them, but really, 100-150 for a good engine and upto 200 for a nice one. they will go up in value soon though, just look at Ruston Hornsby PT's.
