Hi everyone.
I am a complete newby in owning an engine. I have recently bought a Lister D in non running condition. It turns freely with some compression.and I have today sorted out the magneto and spark plug so now have a good spark. Very pleased with myself as I know very little about engines in general, so lots to learn.

I bought this as a project just to see if I could just get it running and then do a restoration on it.

No doubt I will ask lots of questions and hopefully learn a lot at the same time.

Best wishes

MrDaveC
