Hello all. Mabe i shouldet be askin this cos its defo not a classic. But i picked this up at a jumble the other day for 35 euro. Goin like a clock and missing nothing. Only i cant find a seriel number a and no its not old but love to no its age. Anybody no where the numbee or age???

Sorry woodsman and mikep i tought id allready said thanks.must have nodded off wben reading. That was brillant reading and so helpfull. Still dont realy no do as i think there was a aloy tab on the shrowd as it states as theres 2 holes. Mabe not as it all look the same colour rust. And mabe she in the time of the stickers . But thanks a mill anyway.

If you at some point need to strip this down you will find the MOD ( MODEL NO) , TYP ( TYPE NO ) & CODE stamped into the tin fan cowling right between the panel that the 2 operating levers are set in & the area on the cowl bearing the classic Briggs & stratton badge . Everything will fall into place once you,ve found them .
