Hi, I have been thinking of joining for a while! I My interest in stationary engines started when I was a teenager in Suffolk with a Lister D and expanded into vintage agricultural machinery when I was an apprentice thatcher and later still when we began to grow and harvest our own Long straw we started farming. Over the years I have reduced the engines to mostly Lister D's with a few Petter A1's and a Wolseley WD1.                                                 I am looking forward to the Forum and hopefully getting some good advice from existing members.
Jonathan.

Hi Paul, nothing special at the moment as I am busy on the farm buildings but I do have a 2HP D type on the bench as time permits. Future projects include climax water pumps and a williams & james ltd vacuum pump(Simplex?) I try to use the engines on the farm, we were using our late 1930's Ransomes and Rapier concrete mixer with Lister D this year during our repairs to our bridge access on to the farm.
