Petter PA2 engine

After receiving a box of parts at Tees Cottage Pumping Station I thought it might be interesting to try and put them together as it was a twin cylinder engine which seems unusual in stationary engines. It was surprisingly complete so I set about cleaning and identifying the different bits and pieces. After several months of working on the project it is partially assembled and just needs the magneto to finish it off.

Lister built the G type as a twin called the G2, the J and L were also built as twins and are common on the rally field, Maytag, Villiers, stuart, Norman also built apposed twins.
