I believe it's the same as the 4/2, mine was missing so I made one. Disaster, nearly broke my wrist as I made it too good a fit!
Modified to rope start now.
Good luck finding one!

 I dropped on a handle a Newby Hall. Sadly a tad too big but local member Davidlang1947 has offered to bore out the boss a bit.
