Max 14" diameter - min 12", either flat or V belt. Is only a balance wheel nothing more.

Just checked what I have and come across a lovely spoked cast one 16" diameter 2" flat but only a 5/8"bore and would leave to thin a hub if bored

Sounds like a Lister D flywheel would suffice, should be easy to obtain in the Norfolk area, and usually pretty cheap too.
