D28 running a milking machine
My engine was made in 1946 and ran a milking machine, other than that its life is a bit vague.
I would like to see any pictures of a milking machine it would have run, better still an engine with a milking machine. I realise this is a tall order but if anyone can post some pictures it would make an old man very happy

Re: D28 running a milking machine
The Petter A1 and Simplex outfit looks like Mike Townsends old set up that used to be on a trailer and he alternated it with a Lister DK engine (the original engine from a local farm) powering it every couple of years? It was he who started me off with collecting dairy rubbish, he has a lot to answer for!
