I finally brought this one home again after it having been away from home for a while waiting for parts to be made. It made for a nice load in the back of the Nissan and a quick 700km one day trip.

That looks like a interesting engine!!

So have you got all the required parts to make it run?

If so how long will it take to run?

Thanks for sharing this!

Adam

We rolled the engine in on its flywheels with the cylinder horizontal and then lay it down. Getting it back out was a little harder as my trailer is in the garage at the moment blocking access to my engine crane. Thankfully my mate has a forklift and we rolled the engine back out onto a pallet on the forks and then into the toy box with my other engines.

The piston belongs to the little 3hp Austral. The piston and re-sleeved cylinder were picked up with a little detour on the same trip.
