JAP 2a?
Hi,
I recentley purchased what I beleive to be a JAP 2a. I plan on restoring it but I am not quite sure when it was made,what it was used for and if it is actually a 2a. Pictures to follow and I will look for identification marks.

I have just finished a Jap 2a for my son, so should be able to help with any restoration tips.

If i remember right they used a Wico or Wipac magneto, they can supply the coil but there not cheap! i might have one on the shed i could test see if its ok.
