Unknown fractional HP 2 stroke

Don't suppose anyone knows what this might be? I thought Universal to begin with but have been informed of the EEC which has a closer resemblance but not 100%. Any ideas?

Bore 49.5mm x 45mm stroke.

Had a go at making some sort of connecting sleeve from the ATCO float chamber jet block to the carburettor, its a bit bodgernomics and jet probably sits a bit low but it should hopefully work. It's a decent friction fit but will add a bead of solder top and bottom. Also found a solution to hold the cooling cylinder down.
