Good morning,

New to all this. Been around railways and miniature traction engines for a fair few years, but have just bought a stationary engine off eBay. Currently a non runner but suspect (hope) it’s something fairly simple 🤞🏻Something to tinker with in the garage and run up at rallies as a side feature.

Collect it next week so haven’t got many great photos, but could do with finding out what it is so I can buy a manual for it. It’s 258398 serial no which I think is 1945? Type 160/13T 650RPM and I think it says 3.5 in HP.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Cheers

I think this is a Lister B type engine of 3.5hp, Spec A29 (106/13T), date is about right.
