petter av1 oil pump

Hi everyone i am just starting to put my petter av1 back together and wondering if some could help me out.
My problem is with the oil pump(eccentric type)i am not sure how many check balls there should be,i have one in the plunger but it appears by the way it works that it should have one under the bolt that holds the banjo fitting on.
