Wolseley wd2 crank shaft oil seals
Hi.
Has anybody had issues with the crank shaft oil seals from stationary parts of york, here is my problem, they slide on the crank OK but when I try to fit them in the housing they won't fit unless you force them which makes the crank very tight to turn,if you do manage to start the engine the seals break up,the only thing I can think of is to boar out the the crank housings'is,this the only way?.
Thanks Ray.

If you have to bore out or modify or remove metal from the casting the seals have to be wrong surely
